I pick my skin on my nails constantly until it bleeds, what im trying at the moment are cuticle oil pens. U can get them in nice scents and the skin is too wet/moisturised to be picked at. Combine this with a really soft hand cream applied whenever u catch urself picking. Thats my system atm!
