A kurinuki carved pot
Some more self-portraits, based on Kurinuki, a Japanese ceramics hand-carving technique where you cut lumps out of your clay to get a rough rock-like surface. Including one of my own pots for reference!
Thank you Diane! They’re made using a little algorithm that I made so every time I tweak it, it’s a completely different result!
