I was thinking they could pull a Poliwag and have the stomach area be transparent so we see its (very sanitized/cartoonified) organs. Add an amphibian theme and it could be a Ghost/Water type? Or anything with a floating head and discarded body or cocoon, kinda like Rabsca. Then Bug/Ghost.
