Her hair is in the brown bobbed style, and she's wearing purple eyeshadow and fake freckles. The combination of her hair, face, and somewhat garish outfit reminded me of Elsbeth's eponymous protagonist.

The same picture as before, but the Exotic Hat was replaced with a red Boater. The hat's red band matches the top's red ribbon, I think.

This wasn't supposed to be an Elsbeth cosplay, but it kinda turned out that way. I really wanted to make those green pants work.

I think I was missing some important context on the Eileen Gu thing. A purple spider-variety osteospermum. 11 flowers are blooming simultaneously from the plant. It's the closest thing I could find to a higanbana at the local garden center.
