The top section critiques the mainstream focus on gender and race in diversity efforts, particularly how it often excludes minority women's perspectives. The middle section introduces a research study that interviewed professional Muslim women and business leaders in London. The bottom section argues that real diversity is about diverse thinking rather than just representation.
