Alright, I'll bring a deck!
Wie behält man Zuversicht (& Glauben an den Staat?), wenn selbst einer Staatsanwältin beim Kampf gegen rechtswidrige Selbstberricherung die Hände gebunden werden?
Once again, thanks to everyone who supported a charity this way :)
The winner of that Surge Foil Lightning is @arch99.bsky.social
Here's a boring one-take video of me drawing the winning participant as proof of it being random: www.youtube.com/watch?v=LSpj...

Great job! I upped my donation to 20€ because why not :)
Here's my own donation (€70 instead of €60 because why not)
Thank you so much to everyone who chipped in! Had a rough start and you motivated my comeback.
I finished under 64 minutes, 6 minutes faster than the target
To have a chance at the Surge Foil, please post proof of a 6€ donation (or 6 times your amount) below this post.
I will draw a winner in 48h

Schwulenberatung is probably Berlin's biggest charity for LGBTQ+ matters: schwulenberatungberlin.de/ueber-uns/fi...

This is a German bank account, so I don't know how donating to them works from abroad
Technically, this is a 10.55km race.
My practice times were ~60 minutes.
I'm committing to €10 per minute myself.
Higher sponsorship amounts do not increase your odds of winning.

Thank you very much for even considering supporting
Jamin in front of trees with a Magic card and running shoes in hand. Text on visual: "Bribe me to run Faster and win a surge foil Lightning"
I'm looking for sponsors for my first ever 10k race.
Basically, you promise to donate €1 to charity per minute I beat my goal in exchange for a chance at my Surge Foil Lightning (€180)
The race is tomorrow and my goal to beat is 70 minutes.

If you suffer from alopecia and want to talk or just vent about it to someone, my dms are open.
In terms of Alopecia, I have it good: Alopecia Areata can also cause loss of eyebrows/beard, which it doesn't for me.
Additionally, I'm male, making (partial) baldness more accepted in society.
In recent years, new medicine was approved to treat rheumatism which also helps with Alopecia.
Unfortunately, it's expensive (remember, no coverage) and a pretty heavy intrusion into your immune system.
German health insurance considers all hair-related treatments to be "lifestyle procedures", not covering them.
It does however cover homeopathic treatments proven not to work beyond placebo (unrelated to alopecia)
(there are worse examples, my alopecia doesn't actually cause me physical pain)
We often get comments telling me how good of an idea it would be to shave it off.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that: when I shave, I look like a globe - you can clearly tell where I shaved and where it fell out.
Today is Alopecia Awareness Day, so let's talk hair loss.
(1/6)
Alopecia Areata (the one I have) is an autoimmune disease that causes my body's immune system to think my hair is a threat and attack it.
