Agree.
When I joined I followed a lot of people but for some reason I never see their posts.
Hey, Todd!
Thank you, Shawn. I was a fan of Brandon's and had the pleasure of hanging out with him a few times. He was a great human being and his passing was a tremendous loss for our city.
Not sure if I know anyone on this platform, but I'm the Restaurant and Dining writer at the Cincinnati Enquirer. Give me a follow if you're interested in Midwestern or Northern Kentucky cuisine.

The only proper soundtrack for Thanksgiving weekend is Some Great Reward by Depeche Mode.
I know Charleston's food scene is on fire right now, but I still miss Hominy Grill.

Cincinnati's Contemporary Arts Center (you know, the Mapplethorpe museum) had the most incredible food spread I've ever seen at a fundraiser. The walleye broth in this pasta dish from David Jackman at Wildweed, for instance, was one of the best things I've tasted this year.

Good analysis by The Enquirer's Dan Horn & Erin Glynn. "Many in the crowd appeared to be adults, not "teens" as some had said online, and the race of the participants, including the man who struck the woman, did not corroborate the Black-on-White crime narrative some had promoted online."
Same.
Say what you will about Cincinnati chili, but the version served at Tuba Baking (a small German restaurant in Dayton, Kentucky) is flawless. It's made with spΓ€tzle, Cincinnati lentil chili, four cheeses and raw onions. Stop by if you're ever in town.
In my debut for @theatlantic.com, I wrote about the disappearance of cultural listings from major New York media outlets, and what it portends for artists, audiences, institutions, and journalists. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...

Thank you, Sir.
In times like these, we could all use some more Kentucky/Cincinnati hot slaw. www.cincinnati.com/story/entert...
Took my daughter to Jeff Ruby's for her 10th birthday. I don't think I've ever seen her happier than she was at this very moment.
Fight the AI stupids and read a book.
Congrats to both. Tejal is one of the best critics working today, and I love everything Ligaya Mishan has ever written. Nicely done, NYT.
If you're ever in Cincinnati, go to Mita's. If there's a pork chop on the menu, order it. My work is done. www.cincinnati.com/story/entert...
