Tira de prensa, ¡la primera de la primera de la primera!, de Sherlock Holmes. Nos indican las letras que es: Sherlock Holmes. Case os the Gloria Scott. The Fatal Letter. By Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Lo cierto es que son cuatro viñetas en horizontal. En ella hay diversos dibujos en la parte superior y unos textos en la inferior. En la primera vemos a una versión de Holmes fumando en pipa, luego Holmes con una lupa mirando una carta, la susodicha y el inicio de lo que va a contar, con un señor cayendo mientras se sujeta el corazón. Podríamos pensar que es muy 1930 si no fuera porque en 1930 había ya tiras que no eran textos ilustrados.
