At my gym, the TVs show all of the major “news” networks, and while I understand we are on the brink of another world war and the state is mowing down its own citizens… I’m still a little surprised not a single station has mentioned Bobby this morning.

Simple but effective homemade dip bars

So true. It started innocently with adding a heavy bag in my basement. Then I got some dumbbells.. now I track my macros every day and workout 6 times a week 😂

Never thought I’d be that guy, but here we are

For really the 1st time in my life, I’ve found myself getting way into fitness.

So far this year I’ve lost 55 lbs, gone down two shirt sizes, and most importantly I can play with my girls for hours without feeling gassed!

I also now really enjoy lifting - something I used to ignorantly judge.

I genuinely enjoy the vocal jam.. It reminds me of four buddies getting high and playing around after band practice.

This is an amazing take! I don’t love the take itself, but I love that you have it 😂
