This is a heads-up about fake AI accounts which have proliferated across social media.

The screenshot is from a genuine thread asking for advice on a mountain route; there are plenty of useful, real human replies.
The attempted reply (we stopped it) looks very real - but it is from an AI bot.

2) People look you proper UP AND DOWN, like head to toe and back again. I have never noticed so many people who take the entirety of another person’s appearance in. Whether I clock them doing it to us or I watch them doing it to others walking past, people really take in a person’s entire appearance

1) Everyone is so much more performative here. I notice people who are interacting in a group like THROWING their head back and cackling with laughter, like the act of being seen laughing is more important than the social interaction at play. I am used to group dynamics being a lot more subdued
