Many people in the past have turned to drinking to help them numb the pain. To help them deal with whatever their situation.
But the effects are temporary & short lived. They continue drinking. Which spirals to a never ending cycle. What triggers you to drink so much?
โUse this time to take short break.
Focus on getting your life back on track. Return to work when you feel ready.Just take small steps & Take each day as it comes.
It might not seem like it.
But you might find happiness again. Give yourself self time to heal .โ

That can often cloud our perception of things. We often look for somebody to blame & we often want answers.
