I've just signed the @weownit.org.uk petition to say NO to private finance deals for Neighbourhood Health Centres. Will you join me?
Tell Wes Streeting - put patients first, don't put our NHS at the mercy of new PFI deals

Featuring 25 artists from Bristol and beyond, all inspired by vintage found photographs.
As The Crow Flies: A Journey of Memory Through Found Image. Bringing together over 25 artists from Bristol and beyond, from a starting point of two vintage black-and-white photographs, this exhibition asks: what happens if we decide to revive a memory that isnβt ours?
When Royal Mail was sold off we were told that this was to protect letter deliveries.
Ofcom is now consulting on cutting letter deliveries from 6 to 3 days a week.
When will they admit privatisation has failed?
Take 1-min to send Ofcom this message: weownit.org.uk/act-now/usin...

UK Illustrators, pls share: The AOI (Association of Illustrators) is conducting a survey on AI and copyright to hopefully fight back against the ridiculous decision by the UK govt to plow ahead regardless.
You don't have to be an AOI member to have your say! www.surveymonkey.com/r/ai_consult...

Help me please! A little while ago I saw a thread of examples of characters drawn multiple times across the same spread/scene and I can't find it but would very much like those references rn!

I didn't start streaming until my early 20's and I was SO fine before. Go back to go forwards I think?
I'm once again considering leaving music streaming and retuning to a physical and digital collection only. I dusted off my old iPod this year and I love using it again. it feels as if there is no model of ethical streaming and I think I'm done.

Is there a cataloging website/app like Discogs but for books? Not Goodreads, that's for books read but for books owned in a way that notes their value too. I have a low-level constant fear my studio will burn down and I will lose my books and forget which ones I had (insurance proof too I guess)
pink!
In the UK and want to pre-order "Cowgirls & Dinosaurs: Big Trouble in Little Spittle" ahead of its summer 2024 release?

Couldn't agree more! I've been doing some #worldbookday related events in schools with my book and children often ask a variation of the question: What made you want to be an illustrator? and the answer is always the books I read as a kid.
This is wonderful... but my heart belongs to the Terence Greer illustrated covers of Spark's work, messy magic!
don't forget to submit to the V&A illustration awards by Jan 5th midnight GMT!
