I’d rec going to Galway & doing the day trip out to the Innis Mor - stunning views & you’ll hear Irish spoken. Any past of west cork is stunning. If you head south east to Wexford you can do saltee island & see the puffins

I’m currently at lighthouse studio in KK but can sort a tour for both Lighthouse & saloon depending on time of year. You should come to Kilkenny regardless as it’s got a lot of medieval stuff to see. What time of year are you coming as Kilkenny is known for its festivals.
