I think I am going to have to break up with Etsy. I've been locked out of my account for two weeks because I changed my email and support just keeps asking me for the same information, just from different reps. If they don't want my business, that is fine.

Companies that make you call to change your email address are not my favorite. It's dicey enough to make sure you spell your email correctly when it's coming from your own fingertips. But add a cellphone,a loud call center with someone on a headset, and human transcription errors. *cries*
