-siege hash lines don't move anymore,
-flags flash when units die,
-flags plant themselves when units fight or siege (so they are out of the way) with a little umbilical path (so you don't lose track which army they go to)

Yeah, its supposed to indicate the territory is under siege

making combat easier to follow with hit and death flashes on the units and a warning flash on the flags when the army is weak
