Finished my pre-dawn run here in Puerto Vallarta. I want to show you how things stay in shape here. I ran past a man painting white railings before dawn. Good people exist everywhere. Keep that in mind while scrolling through all the social media noise. #PuertoVallarta #Mexico

This past weekend in Mexico City, I took my first spin class (on the helipad of a 40-story building) and then ran a 10k along La Reforma. Great bucket list items. A small reminder: while you push hard every day, make space for your health and enjoyment. Live extraordinarily if you can.
