FWIW, after 2+ decades in 🇬🇧 diplomacy my settled view is that BBCWS is *the* (not *a*) vital element of British soft power and the continued attacks on its funding are nothing short of barbaric and self defeating.
In meantime, since court challenge began, B’Tselem human rights group in Israel & UN commission of inquiry chaired by ex-human rights commissioner & ex-President of Rwanda tribunal (and others have all published detailed reports finding genocide. Such findings can no longer be ignored
