Veel is economie, zonder subsidie eigenlijk niet rendabel in Nederland. Vanwege wisselteelt worden er granen gebouwd in NL. Maar dat zou voor behoud van bodem nog een langere cyclus moeten zijn. Uiteraard is er Nedertarwe, geeft wel aan hoe lastig het is om te komen tot een tarwesoort die goed
Tarwe is gewoon lastig in NL. Traditioneel was Rogge en Gerst/Haver in NL de granen die prima konden. In Duitsland is brood veel meer nog lokaal en Traditioneel
