I believe you can get a slightly higher resolution version of the image by, after opening the image in a new tab, removing this string of text after the '.png' part of the url. It's only 744x1039, but it's slightly better!

So I couldn't find a quadded version of my retopo (Must of gotten purged during a file cleanup), so I went through and and did a quick manual quadding of 'em. Left some triangles in where I thought it'd be clearer, so it's not perfect, but I hope it's useful to you! :3 trello.com/c/eKRaSqBt

With your current shp_hib shapekey set with its value at 1 and set relative to shb_hib, to create a 'New Shape From Mix'(Available from the dropdown in Object mode). This should create a fresh shapekey with the correct deformation, and I believe it will be set relative to basis by default.

Hmm, I'm no expert, but I think something might have been set incorrectly when you were creating your shapekey. That being said, after reviewing the guide, I can't see what you could have done wrong. I do have some advice on fixing it however-

Good question! I'll look into Hrothgal compatibility! I'm cautiously optimistic that the model edit SHOULD be compatible- I believe Hrothgar's use their own shader however, so I'll see if the custom normal map needs some adjusting.
