Understood. I suppose in a way that’s sort of the point – lots of people write books, but very few actually get published! And there’s so much more to the process than just… writing a story, like you say.
As ever, tone doesn’t come across well on social media, but it was a light-hearted comment on the complexities of the submission and publication journey
