also debating deanoning some of the fics on my ao3 because for some reason i felt the need to put everything i've posted for other fandoms on anonymous and i don't even know why i feel like i need to keep everything separate

the urge to take advantage of relative fresh start on new social media and actually post fics vs the fear of being perceived. i have to overthink everything if you havent noticed

every single time i have writers block i become convinced that i am just terrible at writing now and also all of my braincells died and i am stupid and i can't string together a proper sentence and i suck so bad. and then inevitably it's fine.

it’s extremely hard to power thru gen ed classes im not very into when it feels like we’re headed for societal collapse but like. at least literature i enjoy.

currently feeling very academically burnt out but i may hopefully finally get to take a shakespeare class next semester so i am looking forward to that. unless it gets cancelled because no one signs up. again.

Everyone keeps talking about building community and supporting each other in these hard times. There’s one very easy thing you can do right away to help others and it’s WEAR A MASK IN PUBLIC AGAIN (specifically respirators like N95). Covid is still here and H5N1 could be our next pandemic.

Now more than ever is the time to stop clutching your pearls over queer art and fiction that you find "uncomfortable". You can, will, and have contributed to the mindset that queer art deserves censorship.

Let people be freaks. DEFEND your freaks. Embrace the freak you've been hiding inside.

i guess it’s probably a good time to use this more
