Oh it's just what GeForce Now is now! It's the original username for the service. It's gone through a lot of phases. I remember the time where you could play ANY game you wanted on the service for free. It was magical.

Massive fan of GeForce Now, actually was a tester for it back when it was an Nvidia Grid but can understand seeking alternatives tbh. Maybe this one has a bit more user "freedom" and you can play for as long as you want.
