Why does your first point matter here? Pedantry aside, yes, the BOG always has a faculty rep. But none of the appointed members of the BOG have a background in education, or even education administration. So what’s your point?

Absolutely. But the original post didn't suggest it's not an issue at universities; it stated that the screenshot directives were sent to all colleges yesterday. Universities didn't receive these directives; they received phone calls from the Board of Governors' staff ordering faculty to comply.
