FIRST WARNING WEATHER: Strong storm in Ashtabula county that will affect northern Crawford county and southern Erie county in the next 30-60 minutes. Wind gusts to 50 mph, putting it just under severe limits. Other storms will set off strong winds and downpours over the next hour for most of NW PA.
