I like the Arcane skin! And I like the wide flowing gown. I generally think Noxus has a good reason to use beauty as an advantage, but against the backdrop of she sheer number of SexyGirls™ in league, it loses its sharpness. I don't think Mel's design is bad, but rather its impact is diminished.

Yeah, you unlock her by doing 50K magic damage to enemy champs and shielding 10K damage for your allies. Once you do both, she's unlocked.
