Yes, I think Carlos' impact 'behind the scenes' is what really matters the most this year. Helping teams become better is his biggest strength and he will do that even if he takes a bit longer to find his rhythm on track. (no doubt he will eventually!)

100%! At first I was very bummed about the result but his fight against Hamilton?! So good! I love Carlos' tenacity in racing. He never backs down, even against Max, even against much faster cars. He made so much progress with Williams already, can't wait for the rest of the season 🙌

Insane if you think about it actually 😭 this season feels so long already but in reality it's only 1/6 in. So much can still happen!
