14/n BJP's Mungantiwar threatened farmers to sell. Rucha group buys land cleared by EC for Ambuja. Says nothing to do with Adani. Rucha group belongs to a fraudster. Ambuja buys these companies later for 100cr more. The local, district & state administration, MOEFF were sleeping?

12/n This is violation of EC, as Ambuja was to buy land directly. It’s claim that it bought through subsidiaries is a LIE. It is evading the EC conditions, so farmers can’t pressure on promised benefits like jobs, money in fixed deposits, & other support. how can this be legal?
11/n 100 crores more for what? Clearly not for charity. Then for what? Laundering? Passing on to politicians? Bureacrats, as Nilawar used to do earlier? WHo pays 100 crores extra when you could save that by buying land directly that you promised and mandated by Environmental Clearance. Adani!!
10/n So, Ambuja says it’s subsidiaries bought the land - LIE, as the companies became subsidiaries months after buying land. Also, shockingly, Ambuja bought these companies for 298.6 cr, i.e. almost 100 crores more than the amount it mentions for buying in EC (201cr) to Nilawar.
9/n We focused on these 13 companies & found they have one LLP - Raj Rajeshwar LLP as 95% shareholder. Basically owner. This LLP is owned by ‘Prashant Nilawar’, who is already under investigation for a 1000 crore scam, and a middleman for government, bureaucrats and businesses.
8/n So ‘Rucha group’ buys land in 2024. Told us, it has nothing to do with or for Ambuja, and categorically says not to sell to them, in July 2025, while already in February 2025, these companies have been bought by Ambuja, through ACC in cash. What’s the point of lying?
7/n Adani group in it’s statement in July claimed that the 13 companies are it's subsidiaries, & it's as per law. So we dug deeper, and found a new LIE. These companies were bought by ACC in February. Several months after land acquisition was completed in 2024 by 'Rucha group'
6/n When we spoke to Rucha group, they said they are "land bank company" and aren't buying for Ambuja Cements or have anything to do with it. They are buying for themselves. This was in July 2025.
5/n Farmers initially didn't want to sell for so little money. Then, a former minister, @Sudhir Mungantiwar, told them to sell for Rs 35 lakh/acre, or they would’t even get this much if the government acquires land through MIDC. Literally a warning, disguised as a threat.
4/n All these 13 companies we found are under "Rucha Group", share the same Pune address. And all directors of these companies are current or ex-employees/dorectors of Ambuja ACC or linked companies. It gets more interesting.
3/n @Ambuja Cements promised farmers direct buying without any mediator. The Environmental clearance ideantifies clear breakdown of payments, compensation. But when farmers went to sell, the buyer wasn't Ambuja Cements, it were 13 random companies of ‘Rucha Group’. - in 2024.
2/n Lying in public meeting, violating the Environmental Clearance, using a web of shell companies connected to another fraudster, a BJP minister sweetly threatening farmers, and an extra 100 crores paid to a intermediary group.
