I fought First Sinner for hours and didn't get frustrated but 15 minutes with Broodmother makes me want to skip her lol.

Yeah basically. Problem that comes from it being with a reader defined sub genre trend I think, especially where everyone's idea of cozy is different. I also think people conflate cozy with stories/books they find comforting or comfortable, which is different imo.
