🚨 Passivhaus deemed to satisfy UK NZCBS!
The Passivhaus standard is now deemed to satisfy certain aspects of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard (UK NZCBS) at practical completion.

It was fantastic to be joined by Housing Secretary, Steve Reed, to officially break ground on 900 new Passivhaus homes at Bollo Lane in Ealing.
Delivered by a partnership between Places for London, Barratt London and MTVH, 50% of the homes will be affordable with funding from @london.gov.uk.
