B) In another situation the individual had some serious personality issues and as the illness took hold whatever decency they possessed was largely overcome by their dark side. trump was never a good person. His dementia is fueled by dark fantasies and will only get worse until he is utterly gone.
A) I have some unfortunate experience with relatives who suffered some form of dementia. In one case it presented in the form of ridiculous fables about the family that were not always harmless. False memories that we not convince the person never actually happened and caused real anguish.
