I had an issues a few months back, took them 11 days! to reply and resolve, I had to delay my trip because of it. I understand that it takes time but 11 days is a bit much. It's might be a sign to retire 😅🤣

Not great because why are we as a consumers suppose to just buy and "trust" them. I know nothing about their work but I sure as heck would have at least appreciated more explanation as a courtesy vs vague "compliance".

It looks like X finally got to me. My X account have been permanently suspended. I know there is a work around but not sure it is worth it anymore. So you might see of me on here 😊
