The RSPCA wants to speak to this man after a dog was brutally beaten & thrown to the ground during an attack in Cornwall.
It was reported that a man struck the dog twice - with a lead & his hand - before picking it up by its collar and throwing it to the ground.

Amazing! No matter how much our cooking has improved the french are kilometres ahead of us still! It’s deeply in their culture. Wonderful to see. A great pleasure is to spend time in a french supermarket looking at what’s there. Vive là difference!
