Ugh! Looks like Sky have double charged my monthly bill yet again. First it was the direct debits going missing once they reached Sky for a few months, now it is double charging each month for paying by card and falsely adding on late fees for paying by card.

All I seem to be doing this year is fighting with major companies over billing errors, order delays and missing payments. Sky (for close to 6 months), Dunelm (for almost a month) and now Tesco. Only Tesco has been resolved with a quick chat. The other two should take some notes!
Still waiting for the wardrobe and chest of drawers from Dunelm. Been chasing this up for what feels like a couple of weeks now.
