Played On Mars @ 3 player for 3 hours, as it took some time to get back into the groove given its 2+ year hiatus. Still so friggin' good! Love the interdependence of the mechanisms: buildings, upgrades, tech, game pace - all dependent on each other. Tough choices. FANTASTIC art. #boardgames

I'm a fan of SETI. I too find the resources to be very tight - but my competitors always seem to get the right engine going while I struggle. So i think it's a 'me' thing, not a 'game' thing. Some of the aliens are lackluster, but overall I like the theme and mechanisms.

Massive Darkness 2 I very reluctantly let go. Loved 😍 the class system & dungeon crawling. I didn't think the difficulty level and weapon crafting were finely tuned, leading to disappointment. Given that and it rarely hitting the table, I traded it. But would definitely play someone else's copy!

We had a 7 hour teach and play of Game of Thrones with 6 players. Played 7 pm - 2 am and finished. One of my favorite gaming memories as I won as King of the North!
