Great to see the 10 year plan including reference to pharmacogenomics:
Pharmacogenomics will be integrated into routine clinical practice. Pre-emptive testing and integration with the SPR will optimise medication effectiveness for individual patients and prevent ADRs that cause pts harm.

Why on Earth has pharmacogenomics not been implemented
'Among the 222 patients, 95% had at least 1 clinically actionable variant. Of these patients, 113 reported taking at least 1 of the 29 studied drugs, with 21% receiving at least 1 clinically actionable recommendation based on their PGx results'
