This is Wiley. He has never seen snow before and wants to make sure he gets a real good look at it. For science. 12/10 (IG: smileywileydog)
Just finished these beauties using the new Arne Carlos sock yarn, a wool/recycled nylon blend that makes a nice durable stretchy fabric! 🧶
Aww #knitting 🧶
Remember it’s easiest to make repairs on the knit side of stockinette, just turn it over if you have the drop on the purl side. You got this!!
😍
Just finished my most recent color work sweater!! 🧶
Pattern is Dreyma by Jenn Steingass, knit in Lettlopi on 6 & 7 US needles. Made it on the long side, omitted waist shaping. My big December/holiday project!
Pattern is very well written, I’ll probably make this again in a different yarn & colors.
😳 brilliant!!!!!!
😍
🧶 #knitting when will I ever remember to add this the first time 🤪
I need advice: I knit my husband a sweater 40 years ago out of quality wool. My first color work. He has always loved it. The sweater is still in great condition but the floats on the sleeves are too long and over time have stretched out when they get caught. How can I best secure them?
That was SOP at my daughters’ day care in the mid 1980’s. As it should be.
Weekender sweater by Angela Mowry in Arcane Fibreworks “That Old Red Barn” off the needles in time for cold nasty weather! Soooo cozy #knitsky 🧶
Gosh it’s great! I love all the textures and the color is gorgeous!
It looks amazing with the belt!
Size 4, that is.
#showmeyourknits week: scarves. Here’s a North Sea Set scarf from petite knits, a 6 foot tube on Mauser 4 needles with fingering yarn, made for my daughter. Lots of TV and podcasts to get this one done!! 🧶

🧶 #Knitting! When will I remember to tag on the first try!!
Finally finished & blocked!
The North Sea Scarf from Petite Knit, 6 feet of stockinette in fingering with size 4 US needles—a labor of love for dear daughter!
Looking good!! Especially as a first piece!!
Patterned knit 🧶
Apple cider 🍺
Apple pie 🥧
Apple picking 🍎 🍏
Apple season is so delightful in Michigan — if cider mill donut was on there that’d be my ideal fall treat!!
I have absolutely done that!!
Ooh it’s lovely and I bet it’s really soft!!
Ooh. Wool is much more forgiving, don’t lose hope for future projects!!
Agree, keep going.
