2nd and 3rd entry of my watercolour Art Journal journey!
This is from when I went to Akihabara during the one week trip. I also realised that I didn't have a black colour when I drew this one... it was actually brown, so I tried saving it with adding some purple 💩
I always felt drawing is hard, so I decided to start art journaling, sketch everyday life as well as learn using watercolours. I have been at it for a few days.
1st entry is from my one week trip to Japan before Christmas, ramen from Tokyo Station.

Starter packs seem to have helped many find part of there audience but there scattered to the winds so making a thread of them, you find them add them be they art, dev any kind of creative outlet and see if we get more people with there audiences and find new ones.

Me and some friends spend the weekend having a mini game jam! We made a local asymetric co-op game. We had a blast, and I am super happy with what we delivered in 24h total 😄 it's buggy and unfinished, but feel free to give it a go!

A Zbrush rendering showcasing 3 angles of the same prop. The prop is a rock orb that has crystal shards attached on its south and north poles. The rendering is made with a glossy, warm grey matcap material. 2023.
Another Zbrush render. This one depicts a large statue. It is a Lamassu that is portrayed as a hybrid. Has body of either winged bull or lion and a human head. Artwork is inspired by Mesopotamian Mythology & ancient Sumerian and Assyrian art. One can observe the scale of the statue because next to it there is an Unreal scale mannequin. The statue is rendered in cold gray matcap material. 2020.
A sculpt I just finished last week and another one from back in 2020. Old one was made with Maya and Zbrush. Recent one is made with Blender and Zbrush.

Understanding the materials' properties can significantly upgrade the realistic look of your texturing.
Likewise, this helps with stylization and understanding what elements are important to keep when working with simplifying and exaggeration of shape & form
