If you see the thread on twitter i have of my reads youll notice that there's a mix of audio and physical books and tbh I regularly return library audiobooks because i feel that if i want to give my full attention to it then i need to read it myself or its not going to be as full

I think it depends because i feel like reading a book and even turning the pages is a totally different and way more involved experience than reading an audiobook, however, its still true to say they have experienced the book
