Green beans with almond is nice, or grilled asparagus. Offsetting it with any veggie you'd usually offer with salmon is an easy and tasty way to do it. :)
I had this growing up and I legit really love the way it tastes. Make sure you get the GOOD canned salmon, though, it makes a huge difference.
I know I've had it before, but did your family ever make Salmon Loaf? I used to love the stuff and in my opinion it's one of the best ways to use canned salmon! The recipe is at least 125 years old, too.
