A thread about ECCC.
I know ICC gets asked for at this show sometimes, and we did used to do it annually. But thereβs a reason we stopped.
Screenshot of the Forbes article about ReedPop, the highlighted quote says: "We're competing with Coachella, we're competing with spring break and with all kinds of other big events.β
ReedPop wants to be Coachella but if it doesnβt improve its management, organization and greed itβll end up being Altamont.
Mailing abortion drugs to patients would be a crime under a bill the Mississippi Legislature passed to define the practice as felony drug trafficking.
The bill now heads to Gov. Tate Reeves' desk.

Of course, BIPOC are already on higher disability etc
So, even with that I'm not the person with the highest risk.
I just... I'm not sure what to say today.
Yeah.
I was going to say that but I didn't want to make it about me.
But yeah. I worry I'm one more policy from dying because I can't get my meds or what I need to survive.
Industrial revolution and its view about working body...ugh
Palestine all over again.
Leave disabled folks to die.
Make more disabled people and leave them to die.
I'm just so upset.
A LOT of, a huge swath of Iran, will be without power.
You know what uses power?
Medical devices.
The Hays Code didnt prevent today's monsters from becoming. In fact, they loved censorship. If you dont know it exists, do you what to protect or defend against?
If you're horrified by a villain winning in the end, arent you thinking about what couldve stopped them? What you wouldve done?

Hawaii: you're up. Call your House representatives and tell them to oppose SB 2761, which is heading to the House from the Senate: it's a total ban on social media for under-16s, not made any better by the obvious typo in the effective date of 2077. legiscan.com/HI/bill/SB27...
Mostly because I'm anaphylaxis to eggs in air (it is a complicated allergy).
Most allergies will stay straight unless you keep exposing yourself. Why I suggested n95 as well it will also filter the few fumes the paint does have.
I wish you luck navigating this. I know how frustrating it can be!
Yeah I found gluten is in a lot of stuff art wise (less than expected!) and I have a hand to mouth issue.
So I just mask now. I will be making my own with filters for art (I use n95s when I go out), only because I avoid eggs at all cost.
If I use tempra paint for any reason...full respirator.
It doesnβt escape me that these are named after a woman and a teenage girl. It does not escape me that medical misogyny continues to kill.

Hawkeye (and the writers room) knew.
If it helps I know some people suggested gloves - those are useful definitely.
But get you some N95 mask too (in US office depot has best deal imho)
I'm allergic to egg and have Celiac. We all have a habit of touching our faces accidentally and I found the mask helps a lot as a reminder.
IF you contact Buzzfeed about this do not send threats or hate.
