I've also been asked a few times, but I'm 99% sure that this map does not reuse any geometry from the cut Mars pyramidion, but I'm still really happy we finally get this kind of architecture in the game!

Thinking of team scorched?
I like how well the motion conveys the weight of the backpack
Please tell me you took some pictures of the night sky as well there. Otherwise I will whenever I have the chance to visit!
Those are sick wth
Amazing how well it works! Which camera app is that?
Idk, I can't really see a common direction for all stars. Only the ones towards the edge have what I'd guess is distortion? An app could e.g. combine 10 x 24s exposures as is common to do manually in astrophotography. Maybe it's just so far north and wide-lens that star streaks aren't a big issue.
What a beautiful sky! Does your camera app compensate for the star movement or is it just not very noticeable in the picture?
I forgot to post my stuff to social media againβ¦
Anyways, hereβs a cool project where I recreated an unused version of the D1 Saturn orbit screen

Since it'll take ages for Team Scorched to come around again I decided to work on a 3d model viewer for Scorched Report (similar to Paracausal Forge does it).
Only one cannon for now, but more shall follow:

One of those art pieces where the story behind it is even more interesting.
The most annoying part about #destiny2 's pvp mode rotation is probably the unpredictability. Every Tuesday is a gamble of whether you even want to play this week.
Ever wondered how many people got a kill without a Scorched Cannon in Team Scorched? You can now find out at
scorched.report/leaderboards...
All entries will even receive their own special badge.

So I decided to export the render as EXR together with the mist pass and do the fog and some other stuff in PS. PS didn't like 32-bit images at 16k (or rather I didn't want to endure waiting forever), so I settled on 8k. Did the final color adjustments in darktable, because I much prefer filmic.
