Noncy Mc-Peace-President is doing this by blowing up girl's schools. No wonder he gets on so well with his war criminal mates Putin and Netanyahu, they're all the same.

Shabana Mahmood vows to stick with hardline migration policies after byelection defeat Home secretary will defy β€˜plain wrong’ calls from unions and leftwing MPs that she is alienating Muslim voters

Shabana Mahmood will continue to pitch-roll for Reform and to try and ban legitimate protest against Israeli genocide. Wes Streeting will continue his war on trans youth whilst lying about it. Bridget Phillipson will continue with her new section 28. And Labour will continue to haemorrhage votes.

gorton and denton by-election result: she gets 706 votes, 1.9% of the total

underappreciated but very funny gorton and denton sideplot: the conservatives nominating literal sex matters (uk terf group) trustee charlotte cadden, only for her to get the worst result for the conservatives in by-election history and lose her deposit

Your tinfoil hat must be THIS big to be able to write yesterday's result off as Labour "lending" votes.

The Green victory in Denton is the result which will have the biggest effect on Labour, far more so than a Reform win.

The blithe assumption progressives have nowhere else to go has been proved catastrophically wrong.

Can’t help thinking of this quote from a Labour minister, a year ago…

Dear Zack
Thanks for your reply, three weeks later. Did it take you that long to produce your first bit of supposed evidence?
I did see your questionable poll yes - funded by one of your donors, over-indexing on the Labour-Green areas rather than the Labour-Reform areas (there are no Green-Reform areas) and showing the three main parties within the margin of error of each other.
So, I will continue to go off our very extensive data - having now spoken to over a third of eligible voters - that this is a contest between Labour and Reform.
You are nowhere in the north of the constituency where it’s us taking on Reform, and our support remains strong in much of the south.
Voters across Gorton and Denton increasingly know that to be the case.
I haven’t seen you yet on one of your fleeting visits from London, but I’ll still be here for the people of Manchester long after you’ve gone, working alongside the brilliant Angeliki Stogia, delivering real change.
While we’re on, can I just ask how you feel ethically about sharing betting odds on the election which are based on a couple of very suspect big money bets? It doesn’t sit easily with me and I’m surprised by your association with big money election betting.
Yours,
Lucy

B-but I thought we had to vote for Labour! Wasn't a vote for Green just a vote for Farage? That's what the Labour cultists were saying!

It’s live! Our #AnnualReview2026 is out now.

This year’s findings are stark. What started as attacks on LGBTI communities has evolved into something much broader.

The full picture is now public. Read, share, and use it πŸ‘‰ ilga-europe.org/report/annual-review-2026/

They won't start with banning birth control. First they'll lie about it. Then dictate who can prescribe it, use it, fund it, in what forms, and for how long. Suddenly, your doctor won't call you back. I know this is what they'll do because it's what they're doing to transgender healthcare right now.

This two parter is the best, most nuanced, and really the only take on the BAFTAs incident that matters IMO.

I don't agree with them on some stuff, but they're close enough that I'm willing to compromise. Also, they are politicians, so that automatically qualifies them as somewhat bad. Definitely a lot better than the others mentioned though!
