‘Support is there for anyone struggling’ January can be challenging but if you’re struggling with your mental health, there are services that can help, every hour of the day in Ireland.

Today is #BlueMonday, a time when winter pressures can feel heavier for many.
In a recent Farmers Journal article, our CEO Nicola Byrne reminds us that support is there for anyone who is struggling and you don’t have to face it alone.
