SAND itself IS an actual game, but the link you are sent is fraudulent. They are not doing any play tests, nor is this how ANY playtests would be distributed.
That string of numbers at the end is a good indicator that it's a scam. Nor has Steam ever used Valve(.)App for links.
Just a quick word of warning, seems there's a sneaky fake link going around on Steam about a playtest for a game called SAND. Hacked friends will send u a link to follow.
Don't fall for it, and change your password and make sure you got 2FA if you did.
