On the train to Newcastle. Knew it would be "lively" but there's a group of men on the table opposite me, been drinking since 9.50am, and they are so loud my headache from last night is rearing it's ugly head. They all have loud false laughs too. None of them obviously find each other funny. Weird.

Had a migraine "hangover" all day as I had a nasty migraine at 3am last night. Couldn't get back to sleep for the pain, was up at 6am for work. In bed now. Tired, achey, feeling yuk and just need to sleep. All my muscles are still so tight. Feel like I've been hungover all day without the fun first.
