The rest of the fleet are just "textured" alloy, unfortunately.
The white detail should be its accent colour.
Unfortunately, accent is not available for it in any modshop, so exploits must be used to paint them.
There are no new vehicles with a hidden 5th engine upgrade.

The upcoming vehicles have the following specs:
Primary - Gray
Secondary - Yellow
Wheel colour - Ultra Blue
Extras - All
This is done to differentiate the pri/sec colours without the vehicle looking obnoxious, and to see if stock wheels can be painted.
I did not anticipate that the DLC for #GTAOnline would come December 10th (Wednesday), so I will be some hours late with the in-game pictures of the dripfeed vehicles, as I am busy that day.
Assuming people still care that I do this anyway!

Merge exploit. You take one vehicles' digital assets and copy it to another vehicle, unlocking corresponding options in the process if done right.

The rims are linked to the accent colour, but it does not sport the option to change it in LSC. Exploits, like a merge, must be used if you wish to change the accent colour to something else.
PONY
The Brute Pony, the Career Progress Tier 4 reward in Money Fronts, cannot be modified legitimately. However, it does sport performance upgrades, tint, ect., so it can be achieved through exploits.
It also has two extras; Cargo+Toolboxes (extra_1) and Roof Rack (extra_2).

Indeed! The stock wheel colour is linked to the accent colour, which is not possible to change without exploits. A very strange decision by the devs!

Tampa GT and Woodlander has HSW upgrades.
Speaking of which, there are no new vehicles that support a hidden EMS Engine 5 in this DLC, other than the aforementioned.
