I've missed every single day of school this week due to oversleeping and to top it off I got sick too.
My teacher sent me a message today that sounds like they're planning on taking disciplinary action on me but literally what do I do about sleeping 12-16h?! I'm so scared.

So I'm potentially getting into a sleep disorder clinic to look at my oversleeping issue and I gotta fill out a sleep diary before they can take me in, but it's kinda awkward to fill out cause it's made with the assumption that you need help cause you don't sleep enough.
