Stressful moment for every single dev working for Xbox right now. Hope it works out but these moments are tiring and long especially when it’s a change that high up the ladder.
I feel you, its the one thing i miss from working in an office. I have taken to the local game dev meetups to supplement it some but its not quite the same.
Seriously wish we changed the language around unhealthy levels of skinny so much because it made it really hard for me to get back to a healthy weight when everyone referred to my underweight body as “like a supermodel” and once i got into healthy weight ranges people commented so much on it.
