There’s a reason anti-trans activists - especially those controlling the media - will never permit us to engage in fair, level-playing-field “debate” with them. Their campaign against us is based entirely & totally on disinformation and dishonesty masking raw hatred. To do so would mean humiliation.
The thing is that I distinctly remember opponents of gay marriage crying and kicking their heels and claiming to be oppressed by the mean censorious gays all the time.

also (in Britain at least) part of the reason we adopted No Debate was cause we *tried* debate and producers deliberately allowed trans reps to be heckled and abused on TV and in print. Lucy Meadows was even driven to suicide! I’d be happy to have good faith chats but that’s not what’s on offer

So while I would not usually trust anything this corrupt and dishonest charlatan says, when it comes to applying these labels to Starmer, at least he has solid lived experience.
Much to my surprise, I have also become a tech sovereigntist. Tech fundamental to public and security systems should be under our control (sometimes in cooperation with similar countries- not US).
