Has anyone had recent contact or updates from NIH LRP program? I havenβt had payments or even received emails in quite some time.
It was cool to kinda meet you at the straggler dinner!
I also decided to lean into my style and dyed my hair orange (my daughterβs inspiration).
This year, I have grown my lab and found my groove in terms of mentoring. Iβm so proud of what I (and we) have accomplished so far and will continue to do.
I need to use this platform more often. Alas, Iβm here. Iβve been soaking up all the fun fall moments in this final year before going up for tenure.
Iβm training a PhD student who is so great to work with. I get random messages about how excited they are to see my publications using intersectionality. π₯²

Does anyone here know about the Aging with Pride study and if theyβre still collecting data and/or granting access to their data?
Iβm especially passionate about mentoring my students and providing them with ample opportunities to publish, connect with scholars, and to gain new skills. βΊοΈ
Our program has competitive offers and includes summer pay. Students gain rich and diverse experiences with researchers across the department. We are a very collegial department (and truly, college, university, and local area). Happy to chat more with anyone who is interested! Please circulate!
My research also explores social stratification and health, examining within-group heterogeneity. We have lots of opportunities for networking, collaboration, and gaining quantitative skills. Located in beautiful Newark, DE, we are super close to major cities (Philly!) and more rural areas.
I wanna signal boost this - I am looking to recruit a prospective PhD student to join my Stress and Health Equity lab at the University of Delaware in HDFS. My research concerns biopsychosocial mechanisms of health across the life course with an emphasis on stress and coping.
Oh wow! My mom tried making me hang out with kids who had chickenpox and I never developed it. I still think itβs so interesting, because me, my sister, and my mom have never had chickenpox.
